Building Maintenance Service, LLC began in 2000 by Barbara Beckmeier, who over the last 20 years has founded several janitorial companies. Her companies have specialized in retail janitorial, property management, hotels, and restaurants. Building Maintenance Services, often referred to as BMS, began on her front porch and today services large retail stores, to include Best Buy, Coach, and Crate & Barrel throughout the United States and Canada.
